The Laboratory of Building Engineering covers an area of about 200 sq.m in the basement of the building at Piazzale Tecchio. In the laboratory, experiments are carried out in order to study the durability of materials and building components. It has the following equipment: dry corrosion test cabinet, a TSA 130S, a climatic chamber Challenge 250, and a RT 1000 for the simulation of the action of rain.
