The Laboratory of Geotechnical is located on the ground floor of the building C8 on an area of about 740 m2. In the laboratory there is equipment for the mechanical characterization of soils and rocks. There are both traditional equipment and advanced prototypes developed by researchers of the DICEA that are used in research projects. The laboratory also has equipment for: monitoring of works, load tests, seismic characterization of the subsoil.
